These are some of my current recipes. Most of which have been slowly tweaked over time. If I do happen to change anything I’ll try to repost with updates.
Concussion Red – A modestly hopped Irish Red with a pronounced malt base. Contrary to the name, this beer is a session beer and does not have a high alcohol content.
Blumpkin Pumpkin Ale – I figured, everyone else was doing it, why shouldn’t I. This is a very balanced ale with a relatively low ABV for those who don’t like the hotness of a high gravity beer.
Wheaticus Summer Ale – This is a great summer ale made primarily with wheat. This was as close to a certain summer ale as I could get without stealing a recipe.
Prairie Doggin’ Chocolate Stout – Take oatmeal to make the mouth feel silky-smooth, then add cocoa powder to an already bitchin’ stout and you have my favorite winter beer. Unfortunately it got it’s name from a not so great moment in time during a brew day.
